Supporting California Businesses with Energy-Efficient Natural Gas Upgrades

California businesses have opportunities to improve energy efficiency, manage operating costs, and modernize their facilities through the C-BEST Program. Restaurants, hospitality businesses, and commercial laundry operations often have unique energy demands that could impact day-to-day operations and utility expenses.
The C-BEST Program helps make energy-efficient upgrades more accessible. The program offers eligible businesses utility rebates that can help offset a portion of the installation costs for qualifying equipment.
Upgrades such as tankless water heaters and commercial food service equipment may help businesses reduce natural gas consumption, enhance operational performance, and support energy-efficiency goals. Depending on facility conditions and equipment usage, these improvements may also contribute to lower energy usage.
In addition, the C-BEST Program provides guidance and support throughout the upgrade process, helping businesses identify qualifying solutions that align with their operational needs.
