SELACO is the South East Los Angeles County Workforce Development Board. We are a non-profit located in Cerritos, CA and we partner with the cities of Artesia, Bellflower, Cerritos, Downey, Hawaiian Gardens, Lakewood, Norwalk and Paramount. Our goal is to support local job seekers and employers and to act as a bridge between the two.
