Hello, I'm Patricia, Founder of PathwayHR

After more than 20 years working in Human Resources, I've learned that running a successful business takes more than a great product or service. It takes the right people, strong workplace practices, and guidance you can trust.

I started PathwayHR because I wanted to bring the knowledge and experience I've gained throughout my career directly to small business owners who may not have their own HR department.

My approach is simple: I listen, I educate, and I work alongside business owners to help them make confident decisions when it comes to their employees and workplace practices. Whether it's navigating a difficult employee situation, developing policies, training managers, or building HR processes from the ground up, I'm here to provide practical, personalized support.
