Apffels Fine Coffees (est. 1914) is a family-owned roaster based in Santa Fe Springs, proudly serving restaurants, hotels, grocers, offices, and institutions across the Western U.S. Rooted in craft and focused on reliability, we help partners build coffee programs guests love—backed by training, service, and consistent quality.

Facility: We operate a nearly 100,000-sq-ft, state-of-the-art coffee roasting and packaging facility in Santa Fe Springs, purpose-built for consistency at scale. Our quality systems include SQF certification, GMP/HACCP programs, a cupping lab, Agtron roast-color control, and full lot traceability.

What we do:
• Custom roasting & blending tailored to your menu and brew method
• Private label & contract manufacturing (whole bean/ground, fractionals, cold brew, iced tea; water-process decaf)
• Packaging from 2.25-oz frac packs to 12-oz retail, 2-lb foodservice, and bulk
• Brew specs and staff training with responsive service support

Sourcing & community:
We partner with responsible farms and importers, prioritize freshness and transparency, and invest locally—supporting schools, nonprofits, and community programs across the region.
