Students Meet the Experts Seminar
"Meet the Experts Seminar" is sponsored by the Youth Education Committee and offered to educators and students. The purpose is to teach students how to better prepare themselves for the workforce. We will have a panel of business owners who will answer their questions regarding:
- What employers are looking for from our students
- What soft skills are needed / lacking for entry level jobs
- What technical skills are need to acquire entry level jobs
- Social media in the workplace - what students need to know
- Career trajectory, growth & educational requirements by industry
Educators connect with students to arm them with relevant information - straight from the employers!
