State of the City / County 2016

Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe
with
SFS Mayor Richard Moore and City Manager Thaddeus McCormack

Wednesday, March 16th, Fourth District Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe will present his final “State of the County” address to an audience of local business leaders and residents.

Hosted by the City of Santa Fe Springs and the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce, the State of the County Address will take place at a luncheon in Town Center Hall from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

“The State of the County address provides us an annual opportunity to review the major initiatives of the past year and to share with residents and businesses the work we are doing on their behalf,” said Supervisor Knabe. This year’s talk will touch on issues such as homelessness, affordable housing, and the economy.

Knabe was first elected to the position of county supervisor in 1996 and was re-elected in 2000, 2004, 2008, and 2012. He represents the fourth district, which spans 27 cities, including Santa Fe Springs, and 16 unincorporated areas.
