Sexual Harassment Prevention Training 2020
California law requires all employers of 5 or more employees to provide 1 hour of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to nonsupervisory employees and 2 hours of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to supervisors and managers once every two years.
The Santa Fe Springs Chamber has partnered with Paul Fleck, partner with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo to provide these mandatory courses which satisfy all new training requirements and offers guidance and practical examples on the federal and state statutory provisions concerning the prohibition, prevention, correction, and remedying of sexual harassment in the workplace. This session also covers the mandated discussion of abusive conduct (anti-bullying) and the prevention of harassment based on gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. All attendees will receive a certificate of completion.
