REACH Brings Art to Food, Jazz & Wine Festival By Christina Ledesma Whittier, CA-REACH will be participating in the first annual Food, Jazz &Wine Festival on July 25, 2015. They will be sharing information about the services that they provide to our community. Their art program the Art Source, will also be at the event displaying their client?s art work.
