This American Health & Safety Institute (ASHI) training will provide hands-on first aid training that meets or exceeds OSHA guidelines along with CPR/AED training for emergency cardiac care. This 3-hr program combines lecture, DVD demonstrations and hands-on manikin training that teaches participants to:
- Recognize and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies
- Recognize and respond to injuries and sudden illness
- Avoid blood borne pathogen exposure
- Recognize and respond with an Automated External Defibrillation (AED)
- Meets and or exceeds OSHA First Aid Guidelines
ASHI certified instructors will conduct the training and each participant, successfully completing the course, will receive an Adult CPR /AED with First Aid Certificate (2 years).
