The YMCA of Greater Whittier’s Blood Pressure Self Monitoring Program launches September 9.
During our 4-month program, participants “self-monitor” and track their blood pressure at home. This program requires regular visits with our Y Healthy Heart Ambassadors to help you stay on track.

Cost:
$45/member, $75/non-member.

Our unique program is classroom-based, led by a trained Healthy Heart Ambassador. The cost of this program is covered by most major insurance plans, but check with your health insurance provider or human resources department to be sure it is a covered benefit. Financial aid is also available on a case-by-case basis.
