Employers must provide at least two hours of sexual harassment training and education to all supervisors and at least one hour of sexual harassment training to all non-supervisory employees.\n\n \n\nThe Santa Fe Springs Chamber has partnered with Paul Fleck\, partner with Atkinson\, Andelson\, Loya\, Ruud & Romo to provide a non-supervisory as well as supervisory training course to satisfy all new training requirements and offer guidance and practical examples on the federal and state statutory provisions concerning the prohibition\, prevention\, correction\, and remedying of sexual harassment in the workplace. These interactive sessions also cover the mandated discussion of abusive conduct (anti-bullying) and the prevention of harassment based on gender identity\, gender expression\, and sexual orientation.
