Guest speaker, Fernando Dutra, Mayor of Whittier. Mayor Dutra will address important city issues as they pertain to our beloved seniors in the area. We will also have beverages and food from Spain (from our award winning dining services celebration program), free raffle prize drawings, a photo booth and much more!
