DESCRIPTION:SOLD OUT!\n\nWomen Inspiring Women to Be the Best They Can Be\n\nIn the Workplace and Beyond!\n\n \n\nThe Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce\, in partnership with the Whittier Area Chamber of Commerce\, are honored to have Kathky Buckley share her motivational story at the annual Women in Business event taking place on Friday\, October 26 from 9 - 11am outside in the beautiful Clarke Estate.  Before Buckley's presentation begins\, guests will enjoy networking\, a delicious brunch prepared by Geezers and mimosas!\n\n\n\nComedian Kathy Buckley was born with a hearing loss.  As a result\, she spent the first part of her life misdiagnosed and misunderstood.  No stranger to adversity\, Buckley survived countless tragedies including sexual abuse\, a freak accident which left her partially paralyzed for five years and a battle with cervical cancer.  Not one to be knocked down\, Buckley grew stronger through each of these challenges.  Today she dedicates her life to sharing the message that anything can be achieved when the heart and mind work together.  Her extrodinary story is truly amazing to all who experience it.
