DESCRIPTION:"We are on a mission to save lives and celebrate life"\n\n \n\nThe American Cancer Society-Relay For Life is a family-oriented fund raising event where participants can walk or run a track relay style for various hours. Our famous annual citywide event will take place a little differently this year.\n\n\n\nThe worldwide pandemic of Covid-19 has forced the Relay For Life event to become virtual. For the past 18 years the City of Santa Fe Springs has raised over 100k every year. Although this year is not as we expected\, we are still fighting to raise money for the American Cancer Society.\n\n\n\nIf you have ever thought about how you can make a difference\, then please join us in our efforts to support the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. \n\n\n\nTo all the community members\, please consider joining a team before the event\, or join virtually on event day to celebrate survivors and support the fight against cancer.  \n\n\n\nOur Virtual Relay event will be on Saturday\, 09/26/2020 at 6:00 p.m. via our Facebook page: \n\n\n\nwww.facebook.com/relayforlifesantafespringsca
