DESCRIPTION:"We are on a mission to save lives and celebrate life"\n\n \n\nThe American Cancer Society-Relay For Life is a family-oriented fund raising event where participants can walk or run a track relay style for various hours. Our famous annual citywide event will take place a little differently this year.\n\n\n\nThe worldwide pandemic of Covid-19 has forced the Relay For Life event to become virtual. For the past 18 years the City of Santa Fe Springs has raised over 100k every year. Although this year is not as we expected\, we are still fighting to raise money for the American Cancer Society.\n\n\n\nOn Saturday\, September 19\, 2020 we are honoring our survivors by hosting a celebration parade at the Santa Fe Springs Christian School from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A surprise gift bag will be given to each registered survivor. \n\n\n\nPlease register at:  www.relayforlife.org/santafespringsca\n\n\n\nYou will not be able to get out of your vehicle as you drive through the Celebration Zone\, but you'll still be honored as one of our SUPERSTARS! So\, dress up in your Survivor t-shirt\, sash and medal and be ready to smile for the photographer! To add a little flair to the festivities\, feel free to add a few decorations to your vehicle. We want to celebrate YOU!!
