As of August 22\, the document is now available for public review and comment.\n\n \n\nA 60-day public review and comment period is now in effect through 5pm on October 21. The environmental document is available for review at multiple locations along the proposed alignments. Public hearings in the cities of Montebello\, Pico Rivera\, South El Monte and Whittier\, preceded by 30 minute open houses prior to each hearing\, have been scheduled and advertised.
