DESCRIPTION:Destiny Scholarship and Powell Grant Applications Available\n\n	\n\n	Every year the Santa Fe Springs Chamber/League Youth Enrichment Fund awards two scholarships:\n\n	\n\n	Destiny Scholarship\n\n	 A $20\,000 college scholarship to a deserving college-bound student  who is a resident of Santa Fe Springs\, has a 3.0 GPA\, and a 1400 minimum SAT.\n\n	\n\n	Powell Grant\n\n	A $2\,500 scholarship to a high school or college student who will be attending a 2 or 4 year college or trade school to pursue the Arts.  Applicant must have a 2.5 GPA and be a resident of Santa Fe Springs.\n\n	\n\n	Applications are available at the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce Office\, Santa Fe High School\, Pioneer High School\,  St. Paul High School\, St John Bosco High School\, Town Center Hall\, Santa Fe Springs Library\, and various city offices.  \n\n	\n\n	The deadline to submit the completed application to the Santa Fe Springs Chamber Office\n\n	 is Friday\, March 21\, 2014 at 4:30pm.
