DESCRIPTION:BUSINESS EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS\n\nNETWORK TRAINING\n\n\n\nPreparing for the inevitable\n\n \n\nVolunteers are being sought for the BEPN to take part in the Great Shake Out Disaster drill on October 16th.  Prior to the exercise\, the city will conduct a three hour training to prepare for the exercise.\n\n\n\nThis training describes the role\, design\, and functions of Emergency Operations Centers (EOC) and their relationships as components of a multi-agency coordination system.\n\n\n\nThe training offers disaster-related examples\, activities and case studies that relate to EOC's and multi-agency coordination systems at the local\, state and federal levels of government.\n\n\n\nWe will conduct a low stress table top exercise to practice some of the concepts.
