Cima Johnson’s vision for Connect Staffing grew out of long experience working in-house for staffing agencies. She saw that the industry had a problem: Too many agencies were putting fees ahead of people, creating an unhappy workforce.

Cima set out to create something different. From the start, she put her agency’s focus on the candidates and employees who are the foundation of any staffing agency’s success. By making her work about her employees’ success, Cima knew she would deliver superior results for clients as well.
