Here's how we run this production! Each table sponsor selects a table theme that fits with "hooray For Hollywood!" They also choose a fun and outgoing person to serve as their table's "Celebrity Waiter." Make it a co-worker, family member, friend or boss! Just make sure your table guests tip them awesomely... the tips from all "Celebrity Waiters" are pooled and used to help CAPC, Inc. enrich the lives of adults with disabilities. CAPC, Inc. is a non-profit organization that serves and empowers developmentally disabled adults to live full, productive lives by accessing their home communities. The dedicated employees of CAPC work to assist those they serve to move from group homes into independent living situations, and to find jobs so they can maintain self-sufficiency. The adults CAPC works with go from being segregated and labeled, to included and appreciated. As much as they are working to change their own lives by setting and pursuing goals, they certainly change the lives of the people they encounter. They become your neighbors, your co-workers, and possibly even your friends.
